Can I customize the itinerary for my private tour?
For sure. The itinerary and activities to be carried out are defined together with you, meeting your needs and your pace. For example, we have many clients who want to visit remote villages of their ancestors, who emigrated from Portugal, and this is perfectly possible.
How does the booking process for transfers and tours works?
By contacting us, you can request a pre-booking of your dates. The final reservation is only made after understanding the type of trip you want and paying the reservation fee.
What are the cancellation and refund policies?
We fully understand that unforeseen circumstances and changes in plans occur and, if this is the case, up to 15 days before your trip, request cancellation and we will refund the reservation fee and any other amount that has already been paid.
How do transfers to destinations outside the airport cities work?
Our transfer services, as well as tours, are available to any city in Portugal. Just request yours directly from us.
Does Grand Rota Tours serve other European countries?
We are specialists for Portugal and Spain. We also serve, depending on the customer’s needs, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Do the vehicles used have WI-FI and other amenities?
In addition to versatility, Comfort and all the insurance necessary to protect our customers, we also have unlimited internet and water on board and we are prepared to charge electronic equipment such as cell phones and tablets.
Are there private tour options for large groups?
For sure. It is possible to provide personalized service with larger groups due to our business model that basically uses 9-seat Vans with a driver/guide in each car who always travel together.
What is the payment process like and what options are available?
Booking Fee: once you book your dates.
Payment for services: at the beginning of the execution of the service in Portugal (1st day).
