Terms of Use - Grand Rota Tours (GRT Portugal)
By using GRT Portugal’s services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings and Payments
Reservations are subject to availability and full payment must be made before the start of the services, following the agreed conditions.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Detailed cancellation and refund policies are available on our website in the “Common Questions” section. Customers should review this information before booking and making payment.
3. Changes to Services
GRT Portugal reserves the right to make changes to itineraries and services, always guaranteeing quality and customer experience. Such changes will be communicated in advance.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during booking. GRT Portugal is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect information.
5. Customer Behavior
All clients are expected to follow appropriate standards of behavior during tours and transfers, respecting local laws and culture.
6. Child seats
- Each country has different rules and regulations regarding the use of infant and child seats.
- Child seats will be provided (if booked) whenever possible. If you are not willing to travel with our seats, please provide your own child seat.
7. Luggage
- Luggage will be transported in all cases as long as it is accurately informed/declared at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before arrival/departure and respects the capacity of the vehicles. Smaller items that fit next to the passenger’s feet (e.g. a laptop bag, a suitcase or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger will be responsible for all expenses incurred if additional vehicles are needed to transport excess undeclared baggage.

8. Use of Images
- Grand Rota Tours takes photos and videos during the tours. These images are used by Grand Rota Tours as testimonials of the tours, the services we offer and to promote our experiences. These images may be included on the Grand Rota Tours website and on its social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube). They will be kept for as long as they are relevant, after which time they will be destroyed or archived. If you prefer not to be photographed during the tour, or if you prefer to see and select the images that will be used by Grand Rota Tours, you must inform us during the service or in advance in writing to geral@grandrotatours.com.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All content provided by GRT Portugal, including texts, images and itineraries, is protected by copyright and intellectual property and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
By using our services, you agree to comply with these privacy policies and terms of use. GRT Portugal reserves the right to update or modify these policies, and it is the responsibility of customers to review them periodically to be aware of any changes.
